With such stressed lives that we lead these days, it’s no wonder that many people deal with hair loss and baldness. Luckily, the market offers a great variety of products that can help cope with this illness and recoup self-confidence. Among many lotions and natural remedies, we would like to point out hair extensions as a perfect solution to hair loss. Hair extensions can be either human hair extensions or synthetic ones. Both kinds different from one another in terms of durability and maintenance. But both types of hair extensions are perfect for adding volume to hair and are ideal for people with thinning hair.

Choice based on your needs

The big dilemma over which extensions to choose should be based on your needs and finances. Like we mentioned, there is a difference between human and synthetic extensions, mostly in how they need to be preserved. Human hair extensions, for starters, require same treatment as your own hair, thus you can easily wash and style them in the same manner you care for your natural hair. On the other hand, synthetic hair extensions are made out of synthetic materials and are temperature sensitive. For example, if you want to iron synthetic hair extensions, you’ll need to set up the right temperature to avoid any burns and damage to the extensions.

Difference in haircare

According to maintenance requirements, it is easy to predict that human hair extensions cost a lot more than synthetic ones. This is because they are so much easier to maintain and if you think about it, this can reduce their price over the long term. But if you are on a tight budget, it wouldn’t be a mistake to go to your hair saloon and buy synthetic extensions that will last long enough until you save money for the ones made out of human hair.

How to wash the Hair Extensions

There are a few steps you need to follow to prevent damaging your extensions. First, it is advisable that you wash your hair with your head up, not down. Furthermore, when you are applying hair shampoo make sure you are doing it gently and don’t forget that you have hair extensions on (this happens quite often). After you are done with washing there is one final step that you should complete with attention – do not brush your hair aggressively. Again, which type of hair extensions you choose depends on your preferences and budget.

The confusion with having to choose between things is what helps her write for the blog, in the hope of making it easier for readers who are indecisive themselves. Interested in contrasts, like period dramas and sci-fi, casual and classy outfits, fries and detox shakes, the life of this young lady is anything but boring. Or is it?
